![]() ![]() The Allow Human Co-ops setting is mainly used to disable it for invasions where if you want to play alone or with certain people, let's say 2vs1 against Night Hunter, you disable Allow Human Co-ops so other survivor players can't join you and you safely play 2vs1 against Night Hunter for example. If it's set to No then people can't join you as Crane, only invade you as Night unter. Note, by default it's enabled, but make sure that Allow Human Co-ops option in Online settings is set to Yes. While doing so, make sure that you close menu and go back to your game as this is when selected options apply. Easiest way to start Co-op session is simply opening Menu > Options > Online > Game Mode - set this to Public or Friends Only. If it's set to Singleplayer obviously you can't join.ġ. You can also join people who aren't your friends by opening their Steam profile and selecting Join Game, but same conditions apply - their session must be available. You can always join friends by right clicking their name in Steam chat window and selecting Join Game, as long as their session is set open to Public or Friends Only at least and have free slots.ģ. You can always switch to find more sessions to join.Ģ. As well as toggle VAC option in Menu > Options > Online.Īll 6 instances will show different matches in Matchmaking. ![]() What you can do is change difficulty from Main Menu > Play > Campaign > Save > Advanced (Having Bozak, Prison or DLC quarantine zone tracked will hide difficulty options). Note that in case of not being able to see enough sessions to join in Matchmaking, remember that there is way to get around it. There are actually a lot of players playing Dying Light which you would normally be able to join but you don't see it because of NAT. You may not even see 1 session, don't be surprised. Note that Dying Light has NAT issues, significantly reducing number of matches you see in Matchmaking. Menu > Matchmaking - this will show matches based on your current difficulty, story % and region / availability based on ping and other filters. ![]()
